Refund Policy

Digital Products

We will refund your purchase price if the software is defective or otherwise cannot be delivered to you. If you take delivery of the software, since it is a digital product, we do not offer a refund for a product that we’ve delivered.

Subscriptions

Payments for Electric Pipelines subscriptions from previous billing cycles are not refundable. For your most recent payment, you may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 7 days of the payment date and have not consumed any credits during the current billing cycle. To request a refund, please email us at support@electricpipelines.com with your account details.

If you are looking to cancel your subscription before your next payment date, please login to your account, go to the dashboard and select Billing -> Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again.
